Comments:
1. Lamb shanks are great for winter food, it'll satisfy and warm you up fairly quickly.
2. The seaweed wrapped rice rolls are too different from those Japanese sushi. Something different from the regular rice rolls
3. Chicken Parmigiana was a bit dry, it would go great with mushroom sauce. should have order some sauces to go with it.
