Dinner @ Indochina

It's Dinner Time!
Went to Indochina, it's an authentic Thai restaurant. Weird Name! It's sounds like Indonesian Chinese Food, but then it is a Thai Restaurant. What?
Stir Fry Thai Chicken Breast with Vegetables

What?
Stir fry Vegetables with scallops

What?
Thai Red Curry Beef

What?
Entree - Garlic deep fried Calamari Rings

What?
Roast Boneless Duck
Price?

They are all range from $A17 - $A22 per dish, entree was $A7.90

At Indochina-Authentic Thai

Comments:
1. The Garlic Calamari Rings were super crunchy, the best!
2. The others dishes were so..so..! More like a Chinese Cuisine rather than Thai!
3. You will like them if you're Ang Mor! They tailored the spiciness to suit westerner. Can't really taste Thai in these dishes. Felt like been cheated!
4. Not authentic at all!
5. Among all, the entree was the best and only food worth eating!

7 Things U Don’t Know about Me-Myst3

Got tagged by Jordan (Ending new dot blogspot dot com). I've read his tag thingy, and don’t understand one thing:
He mentioned about gay people, and he thought of me straight after mentioning of gay guys. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? I don’t know. But Jordan, just in case you are in doubt…..no…Myst3’s straight, I am not gay! (nothing against gay people!). hehe!

Alright, let’s start the 7 things you don’t know about me.

1.Background
I am an Australian Citizen (surprise~~!). My parents were both Malaysian when they were studying in Australia. They were granted Australian citizenship just after they graduated and worked here. My parents were initially planning to settle down here, but when I was 2-3 years old, my whole family had to migrate back to Malaysia due to Family business. That’s why I spent most of my childhood back in Malaysia. I always tell people I am Malaysian, although I am holding aus passport, because I pretty much act like a typical msian!! My roots are from Msia and I still very much wish to go to Malaysia and work cos I love Malaysia

2.Toys
I am a big sucker for toys and figurines. I guess growing up in Malaysia and being poor, I don’t have much toys! I am now all grown up and earning my own money(yay), it’s time to relive my childhood (and yes! I’m a bit old for toys). I’ve actually bought a little robots today, am going to blog it when I have the time. Every time when I go to department store, I will normally browse through toy section, and see what sort of toys kids nowadays play. It is just amazing how toys are designed today compared to toys when I was young - MILO TINS.

3.Pet Monkey
I used to have a pet monkey, named “LISU”. We kept Lisu in a spare unused toilet of us, and we even set up artificial tree for him to play with. The monkey was given to my dad (cos he’s an animal lover) by one of his friend, and we decided to keep it as our pet. We had Lisu for about a good 2 years before freeing him off to the jungle. I guess he wasn’t too happy with the artificial tree we had for him! Haha, nar, we felt that he was feeling a bit lonely/depress without his other monkeys to play with.I still remember he always make this “WU WU” sound to indicate that he needs attention.

4.Structural Personality
I am a structural person! When something needs to be done, I need to plan first then execute what is planned. I am absolutely not a spontaneous person, I just cannot do things without any planning. Which in times are bad when immediate actions are needed. For example, when a friend asked : “are you ok to pick xxx up from his/her house before going to the pub?”, I would go through every scenario, every possible ways before answering him, “is it ok to pick him up? What route should I use? Will I offend anyone if I pick him/her up?”and etc etc. Because I need to go through all these before answering any question, I appear to be “SLOW”, “DAYDREAMING”. Hey guys…I’m not slow or daydreaming, my minds was running a million miles an hour to find out the best solution. I think the downside of me being too structural is that I COMPLICATE even a simplest thing in life. I guess I should forget about Murphy’s law and relax a little.

5.Friends
I value friends a lot. For me, friendship plays a really big big part in my life. I am grateful with every person I met thru either internet or real life. But beware! I am a typical Scorpio, Don’t cross me because I will fxxk u rite back..hehe!

6.Music preferences
I refuse listening to Mandarin songs, because 99% of mandarin songs are about either love relationship, suffering or contain suicidal messages (nar…probably not sucidal..haha). Whenever I listen to mandarin songs, I will feel sad, depress and have suicidal thoughts (hehe). My music preferences are more towards techno, sometimes RnB, and sometimes pop. When a song contains love or suffering messages 99% chances I will not like the song. For example, at this very moment, I am listening to DJ Tiesto. I like happy music/noise, rather than depressing love you love me slow songs. Oh yeah….i like soothing music too, for example ENYA!!

7.My name
Not much people reading this knows my real name! it is something you don’t know about me too. Neh…don’t feel comfortable revealing it here! Maybe one day you’ll know. I use Myst3 as my internet nick for these blog. But do remember one thing…Myst3 aren’t Mystery anymore if you know his/her real name, right?

anyone wants to do tag? let me know! Was dissapointed last time when no one wants to do my tag....i talking about YOU!

Jokes for Both Sexes

Instruction:
Rules are simple,
Just follow the sign and read on.
If you are brave enough you can read the contents of opposite sex.
(Beware they aren't pleasant!!)

For Males:

How many men does it take to open a beer?
None. It should be opened when she brings it

Why is a Laundromat a really bad place to pick up a woman?
Because a woman who can't even afford a washing machine will probably never be able to support you.

Why do women have smaller feet than men?
It's one of those "evolutionary things" that allows them to stand closer to the kitchen sink.

How do you know when a woman is about to say something smart?
When she starts a sentence with "A man once told me..."

How do you fix a woman's watch?
You don't. There is a clock on the oven.

Why do men fart more than women?
Because women can't shut up long enough to build up the required pressure.

If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first?
The dog, of course. He'll shut up once you let him in.

What's worse than a Male Chauvinist Pig?
A woman who won't do what she's told

I married a Miss Right. I just didn't know her first name was Always.

Scientists have discovered a food that diminishes a woman's sex drive by 90%.
It's called a Wedding Cake.

Why do men die before their wives?
They want to.

Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street with a bald head and a beer gut, and still think they are sexy.

In the beginning, God created the earth and rested. Then God created Man and rested. Then God created Woman. Since then, neither God nor Man has rested.

For Females:
He said . . .. I don't know why you wear a bra; you've Got nothing to put in it.
She said .. . You wear pants don't you?

He said .. . .Shall we try swapping positions tonight?
She said . . That's a good idea - you stand by the Ironing board while I sit on the sofa.

He said . . .. What have you been doing with all the Grocery money I gave you?
She said . Turn sideways and look in the mirror!

On a wall in a ladies room . .. "My husband follows Me everywhere"
Written just below it . "I do not"

How many honest, intelligent, caring men in the World does it take to do the dishes?
Both of them.

How does a man show that he is planning for the Future?
He buys two cases of beer .

Why are blonde jokes so short?
So men can remember them.

What is the difference between men and government Bonds?
The bonds mature.

How many men does it take to change a roll of Toilet paper?
We don't know; it has never happened.

What do you call a woman who knows where her Husband is every night?
A widow.

Why are married women heavier than single women?
Single women come home, see what's in the fridge And go to bed. Married women come home, see what's in Bed and go to the fridge.

What is the one thing that all men at singles bars Have in common?
They're married.

Man says to God: "God, why did you make woman so Beautiful?"
God says: "So you would love her."
But God," the man says , "why did you make her so Dumb?"
God says: "So she would love you."

Puki Pig

Kenny Sia first blogged about this Pig before. It is a TV commercial featuring a pig called Puki (yeah I know, Puki is a swear word for some people - but who cares). I have viewed it several times, I'm hooked on the catchy song and I decided to put it here for easy viewing in the near future.
This song will cheer you up.
PUKI PUKI PUKI KAWAII..Wah Wah~!
Beware: Songs may stuck in your head for several weeks

Dubai Construction

First, this looks like an ordinary construction site Oh wait, there's a little water flowing out from the retaining wall

Retaining wall couldn't bear the pressure from the water behind!

End Result
Smart move!

Tracker Confuse

As you all might know I have two sets of visitors’ tracking applet on this site. But I have found something pretty strange about them. Under Site Meter, it states that my top visitors are from msia while second up are from Australia. While my global tracker states differently, it's the other way around. When I looked at the percentages of both tracking applets, I've realised that they are way off than one another.
Weird isn't it!!?
Why is that?
